The Northern Alberta Cooperative Housing Association (NACHA) is a federation of Housing Cooperatives. We offer a variety of information/resources including a monthly public information session that can assist families in becoming a members of a housing cooperative project.

St. Albert Family Resource Centre (FRC) is a thriving and vital non-profit family resource centre serving families in St. Albert and the surrounding communities since 1982. We provide a variety of educational courses and workshops, as well as one-on-one support services, for families with growing children.

The St. Albert Rental Assistance Program provides individuals and families with the ability to sustain appropriate housing. The program provides rental assistance for low to moderate income families and individuals to assist with monthly rent payments up to a max of one (1) year. To qualify, individuals and families must be gainfully employed, must meet the household income threshold, and must pay more than 30% of your gross monthly household income towards rent.

The City of St. Albert, in collaboration with the St. Albert Community Village, offers residents the opportunity to apply for a Utility Relief Grant. The program is being funded by the City of St. Albert, and is being administered by the St. Albert Community Village on behalf of the City.
